Coding-agent repository controls pilot
- Repository instructions define allowed task classes, local commands, validation steps, review ownership, prohibited actions, and escalation points in version control.
- A representative task suite, fast acceptance checks, parallel-work rules, and run logs make each attempted change reproducible from a clean environment.
- A repository readiness report compares completion, reviewer time, blocked actions, defects, and repair work, then identifies which task classes the installed controls support.
Turnaround: The pilot runs for three weeks after the repository, task classes, environment, and access controls are confirmed.
Refund condition: The fee is refunded when the repository cannot be run in the agreed environment or the buyer cannot provide three representative tasks for the supervised pilot.
